We are absolutely thrilled to feature work by designer, Celine Daoust to for our annual spring show.
We immediately connected with Celine's work when we first saw it and knew that she would soon become a Boulder favorite. We are so excited to be bringing more of her special collection to Art + Soul.
Celine, a native of Belgium, has been fascinated by stones and their spiritual properties since childhood. After completing her training as a goldsmith, her travels took her to Jaipur, India, the city of a thousand colors, where she was able to "let her imagination run wild and free" and was inspired to create her unique collection.
Each piece is infused with universal symbols of protection and enlightenment combined with meaningful metals and stones to give her work a "totemic" quality that is both powerful and delicate at the same time.
From her studio in Brussels, Celine continues to visit Jaipur several times a year to hand select the stones that she uses in beautiful work.
